Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solutions Architect / Technical Lead to join our team. This role will focus on identifying and addressing Army Tactical Capability gaps through innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of military operations, advanced technical expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing effective solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze Army Tactical Capability gaps and develop innovative technology solutions to address these gaps.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of military operations and align with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including military personnel, project managers, and technical teams, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architectures, design specifications, and user guides.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporate relevant advancements into solution development.


Qualifications:

Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance is required.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.


Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in tactical network solution and system engineering or a related role.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing technology solutions for military or defense applications.
  • Experience in system integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of Army Tactical Capability gaps and military operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

Experience Prefered:

  • Experience with the Integrated Tactical Network (ITN)
  • Experience with the Tactical Assault Kit /Team Awareness Kit (TAK)
  • Experience with Dismount and Mounted Army tactical systems.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in systems engineering, software development, and network architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of military communication systems, tactical networks, and battlefield management systems.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.


Note: Due to the nature of this position, candidates must be U.S. citizens and possess an active Secret clearance.
