This role is responsible for elevating the in-store guest experience, driving revenue, and leading with heart, accountability, and an unmistakable Vixen-level standard of excellence.As the Sales Manager, you’ll oversee daily sales operations, set and track performance goals, coach and develop team members, and create strategies that fuel growth. You’ll work closely with leadership and supporting departments to ensure our sales initiatives align with broader company objectives—all while creating an environment where customers feel seen, supported, and absolutely fabulous.ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide sales goalsOversee daily floor operations, staffing, and performance metricsAnalyze sales data and trends to inform strategy and adjust tactics in real timeDevelop and facilitate ongoing sales training and product knowledge sessionsBuild strong, lasting customer relationships that reflect the Vixen experienceImplement revenue-building initiatives, promotions, and customer engagement activitiesCollaborate with inventory, marketing, and leadership to align goals across teamsEnsure every customer receives exceptional service and an elevated boutique shopping experienceMaintain a positive, solution-oriented, and collaborative culture within the storeQualificationsStrong background in sales, business development, or customer-facing retail leadershipProven ability to lead, train, and develop high-performing teamsDemonstrated skills in strategic planning, sales forecasting, and data-driven decision-makingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approachAbility to thrive in a dynamic, hands-on retail environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (not required)Previous management or leadership experience within retail sales strongly preferredWhy Join Vixen Collection?A positive, inclusive, fashion-forward environmentOpportunities for growth and leadership developmentA brand rooted in community, empowerment, and exceptional customer experienceCompetitive compensation and employee perks
