RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the visionary for marketing at Chick-fil-A Colonial Heights

• Build, Prioritize and Lead Strategic monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plans to be presented to

the Operator.

• Partner with Operator to create quarterly and annually sales goal and create plan that supports those

goals

• Serve as the Chick-fil-A Brand Expert for Chick-fil-A Colonial Heights

• Attend networking events to represent Chick-fil-A Colonial Heights in our surrounding communities

• Use marketing data and analytics to drive decision making and evaluate progress of current marketing

plan

• Analyze and identify customer insights to inform strategic planning

• Support the Operator as CEO, manage the Operator brand within the community

• Partner with Catering Director to grow outside sales

• Oversee social media presence & engagement with our guest

• Oversee marketing budget that allows organization to hit profit goals

• Oversee Emotional Connections Marketing Events

• Manage restaurant POP materials and signage

• Identify in-store opportunities for increasing check average

• Provide weekly sales reports / progress report to Executive Team

• Support MLM & IMS Efforts

• Communication with Leadership Team about upcoming marketing events, initiatives and partner

strategically to ensure marketing efforts are not void

• Create strategy for growing mobile sales

• Support Catering Director through growing outside sales and operational execution where necessary

• Partner with Training Director on launch of new products

• Manage relationship with local non-profit organizations

• Attend weekly Directors meetings

• Support Operations during busy hours and large rush hours
