Requirements:

  • AZ Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Previous Worker's Compensation Case Management experience REQUIRED
  • Valid Driver & License and AZ Auto Insurance
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite effectively (Outlook, Word, Excel)
