Job Title: Video and Content Creator for F1 Arcade

 

F1 Arcade is creating the most memorable and competitively thrilling hospitality experiences, globally. F1 Arcade is a partnership with Formula 1 that creates a next-level competitive socializing experience. It brings immersive state-of-the-art F1 racing simulation to a mass audience paired with a globally inspired food and beverage program. F1 Arcade is diverse and appeals to a wide range of audiences including adult social groups, corporate events, families, and everything in between. The first two F1 Arcade locations are open and operating in the UK and continue to bring an unparalleled experience with rave reviews. Our first US location is set to open this month in the Boston Seaport District with 25 additional sites opening in the United States over the next 5 years.

 

Location: within close proximity to Boston (must be on East Coast time zone)

 

We are looking for a creative and dynamic video and Content Editor and Creator to join our marketing team to elevate our brand presence across paid ads, owned platforms including social and sales materials.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Editing:

  • Develop and edit engaging content for F1 Arcade's paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, including social media channels like TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • Ensure content is on-brand, compelling, and tailored to our audience.

 

Website & Sales Material:

  • Craft informative and persuasive content for the website to enhance user experience and drive conversions. 
  • Create compelling sales materials that effectively communicate our brand's value and offerings.

 

Social Media Management:

  • Generate creative and innovative content for our social media platforms, with a particular focus on TikTok and Linkedin, to engage our audience and promote our brand.

 

Copywriting:

  • Demonstrate exceptional copywriting skills, crafting messages that resonate with our audience and drive action. 
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy.

 

Idea Generation:

  • Respond to brand briefs to generate innovative ideas and concepts for campaigns, content and promotions that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.

 

Pace and Quality: 

  • Work efficiently under tight deadlines without compromising on the quality or creativity of content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to the fast-paced nature of our brand.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven track record in content creation and editing, preferably within a fast-paced brand environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative content across various formats, including digital ads, social media, website content, and sales materials.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy.
  • Experience creating content for TikTok or similar short-form video platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work at speed and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Portfolio of relevant work required
