As Influencer Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and reach. You will collaborate with influencers, content creators, and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns across various digital platforms.

Your creativity, communication skills, and knowledge of social media trends will be essential in driving impactful partnerships and maximizing the effectiveness of influencer marketing efforts. You will manage the operations of this process from end to end.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Influencer Identification and Outreach: • Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators within the target audience and industry. • Develop and maintain a database of potential influencers, including their contact information, engagement metrics, and content style. • Manage outreach efforts to establish partnerships with influencers, negotiating terms, and securing collaborations.

2. Campaign Management: • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative briefs and campaign strategies aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines. • Coordinate the execution of influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of content and adherence to campaign goals. • Manage campaign performance and analyze key metrics to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.

3. Relationship Management: • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, acting as the main point of contact throughout the collaboration process. • Provide guidance and support to influencers, ensuring they understand campaign requirements and brand messaging. • Address all issues or concerns raised by influencers promptly and professionally, striving to foster long-term partnerships.

4. Content Management: • Provide guidance and training to influencers on brand-specific requirements and expectations, facilitating smooth approval processes and minimizing delays. • Review and approve content created by influencers to ensure alignment with brand standards, messaging, and legal requirements. • Coordinate content scheduling and distribution across relevant digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and websites. • Monitor user-generated content related to influencer campaigns and engage with followers to drive community engagement.

5. Studio Partnership Management: • Liaise with studio partners to understand their branding guidelines, campaign objectives, and content requirements for influencer collaborations. • Collaborate with internal teams and studio representatives to develop tailored influencer marketing strategies that align with studio goals and messaging. • Manage communication between influencers and studio representatives to ensure seamless integration of branded content and messaging within influencer campaigns. • Establish streamlined processes for obtaining studio approval on influencer-generated content, including scripts, visuals, and sponsored posts, prior to publication.

6. Reporting and Analysis: • Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, including reach, engagement, and conversion metrics. • Analyze data insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in influencer marketing strategies. • Provide actionable recommendations to enhance future campaigns and achieve business objectives.



Requirements and skills •

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and content creation best practices.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency in analytical tools and platforms for performance tracking and reporting.

• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies and solutions.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving trends and priorities.

• Previous experience working with influencers or managing influencer partnerships.

• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms such as Grin and Aspire are a plus

Experience in the consumer goods, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
