Role Description

Join us at S10 Labs as a Marketing Coordinator in our vibrant Los Angeles, CA, office for a full-time, on-site position that offers the opportunity to shape the future of cannabis technology. This role is pivotal in driving our communication strategy, enhancing sales through creative marketing initiatives, planning and executing events, and managing diverse projects with precision. You will collaborate closely with our dynamic marketing and sales teams to craft compelling marketing strategies, manage our social media presence with engaging content, coordinate impactful events, and bolster sales efforts with innovative approaches.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor marketing strategies to meet objectives
  • Create and disseminate engaging content across various social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency
  • Plan, organize, and oversee events from concept to execution, including trade shows and industry-specific meetups
  • Liaise with sales teams to create marketing materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive sales growth
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for increasing brand awareness and market penetration
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Foster relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to enhance public relations efforts


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing, sales, event planning, and project management within the cannabis industry or related fields
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey S10 Labs' vision and engage with a diverse audience
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software and social media management tools
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Deep understanding of the cannabis industry's regulatory landscape and market trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a strong preference for candidates with additional certifications in digital marketing or project management
  • Enthusiasm for the cannabis industry and a commitment to driving innovation and quality in our products and services
