We are seeking a dynamic individual to fulfill the role of Program & Social Media Coordinator. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend program coordination responsibilities with social media management under the supervision of the CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various programs such as job development, marketing, government relations, and leadership programs, while also maintaining a strong online presence for our organization.

Main Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Collaborate with the FACE team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the FACE programs, educational Home Buyer Programs, and other special initiatives, while remaining aligned with the FACE vision and mission
  • Communicate campaign objectives, deliverables, and timelines effectively with the FACE team
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with contractors and vendors, including graphic designers and printing houses, overseeing the production and delivery of promotional materials
  • Manage and coordinate the production schedule of marketing and outreach materials to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor social media analytics regularly to assess performance and inform future strategies
  • Generate engaging content for, and maintain, the FACE social media channels and website to uphold the FACE online presence
  • Establish and maintain an organized filing system for marketing assets, including design files, invoices, proofs, etc
  • Support brand consistency by ensuring uniformity in design and language across all marketing campaigns and communications
  • Provide copywriting for promotional materials as required
  • Assume additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the organization's overall objectives
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within the non-profit sector is preferred
  • Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively with both internal team members and external contractors across diverse functions
  • Strong attention to detail and adept at multitasking to meet various deadlines and workloads
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive, creative, and well-organized approach to tasks
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook, is advantageous
  • Solid time-management skills to efficiently prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in Canva, Constant Contact platform is a plus
  • While not mandatory, proficiency in reading/writing Korean is a plus
