  • Document and Innovate: Keep training procedures up-to-date and innovate to keep our learning initiatives at the cutting edge.
  • Coach Trainers: Develop and support trainer development programs, ensuring our training efforts are impactful and effective.
  • Manage Budgets: Strategically develop and oversee budget spending to maximize impact.
  • Collaborate on HR Initiatives: Partner with leaders to implement employee development plans and support new HR programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain Learning Systems: Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in our Learning Management System (LMS).


Requirements:


  • A minimum of five years of experience is required in the area of training or organizational development.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • The Organizational Development Consultant must have a customer service orientation.
