We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Engineer - Civil/Structural to join our client's Regional Facilities Engineering team in middle Tennessee.


About Us: We are proud to support an esteemed international Automotive manufacturer headquartered in middle Tennessee. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating facility expansion projects at our client's facility in Smyrna, TN.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional project development and management for new construction, remodel, or renovation projects.
  • Oversee industrial construction projects, including Civil and Structural phases.
  • Manage Architectural/Engineering and General Contracting firms during project design and construction.
  • Provide regional engineering analysis and technical support to Facilities Operations teams in the U.S. & Canada.
  • Establish and maintain regional standards for compliance with engineering practices, codes, and regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (BSCE) or related discipline preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional construction project management experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for modifications and some design work.
  • Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
