About the RoleAnything from end user tickets entered in the system via calls unresolved by helpdesk support team, ticketing system or walk up technology.ResponsibilitiesBasic laptop, desktop support, devices iPhones, tablets, printers.Support Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive and other 3rd party like WebEx that is approved.Could work about 100-200 tickets a day split among 40 individuals (techs in other locations).QualificationsWindows 10 and Windows 11 knowledge.Dell shop so needs to be familiar with Dell laptops.Site is a heavy Mac usage community, needs to be proficient with Mac OS system and Apple Devices.InTune and JAMF used - must be proficient with navigating those applications.Azure - ability to navigate and understand logs.Basic network troubleshooting skills.Utilize MS Team rooms - helping with AudioVisual issues.Basic networking skills needed.Required SkillsStrong soft skills and warm personality neededSkilled in being independent user; will be the lone tech in the office.Will be paired with a seasoned technician for initial training.
