Reports to: PMO

Overview: We are seeking a proactive and bilingual Digital Product Implementation Manager to join our Digital Customer Solutions Team, supporting the Americas region. The ideal candidate will have experience:

  • Deploying digital products into businesses, very business facing, stakeholder management
  • Ability to collaborate and lead with a variety of stakeholders including clients and 3rd parties
  • Good focus on risk management

This role isn’t working to develop the product, it is to take the product and deploy it into a global customer base, leading efforts with sales and business areas. This is not an IT PM position or software project related. It is delivering a physical product to a current global customer base. Must have the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. This role will be crucial in coordinating with various teams, reporting to the PMO, and ensuring project success in a rapidly evolving environment.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience deploying digital products into businesses, very business facing, stakeholder management in the US and Latin America
  • Ability to collaborate and lead with a variety of stakeholders including clients and 3rd parties
  • Good focus on risk management
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Tools: Proficiency in Jira, PowerPoint, and Excel with strong experience tracking project status updates and presenting decks to stakeholders.
