The CRM Support Analyst helps with important Marketing and Corporate Affairs projects and daily tasks. They work with company leaders to manage business operations, analyze data, handle finances, and support project execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Management: Assist with reporting, financial management, and resource planning. Ensure projects are on track and budgets are managed. Help create materials for important business updates.
  • Financial Operations: Handle invoices, prepare budgets, and monitor expenses. Analyze financial data and create reports for leadership.
  • Business Analysis and Planning: Develop plans for new initiatives, analyze current projects, and make recommendations for improvement. Conduct interviews to gather insights and identify opportunities.
  • Project Implementation: Help plan and execute key projects. Create project timelines, communicate with stakeholders, identify risks, and track progress.
  • Operations Support: Perform other duties as needed to support the Marketing and Corporate Affairs team.


Skills Needed:

  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good interpersonal skills to work with different teams.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent time management to meet deadlines.


Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher required
  • Experience working directly with clients and customers is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry is desirable.
  • Experience in analyzing data and presenting recommendations.
  • Experience working in large, complex organizations is preferred.
