The Production Manager ensures the efficient and effective production of high-quality products on time and drives continuous improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee production, including assembly and testing operations, to meet production schedules.
  • Ensure cost-effective production while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Implement continuous improvement processes to manage growth effectively.
  • Review planned orders for component availability and release them for manufacturing.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team.
  • Regularly review non-conforming data and address quality issues.
  • Identify areas for improvement and design solutions.
  • Assist production testers with diagnosing unusual problems.
  • Ensure accurate bill of materials and work instructions for new parts.
  • Maintain safety, efficiency, and 5S standards in production.
  • Manage KPIs related to assembly, production flow, and efficiency to increase effectiveness.
  • Foster a friendly, team-oriented environment and lead conflict resolution.
  • Engage, motivate, and coach team members.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience managing production.
  • Preferred experience in a small manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in ERP and Inventory Management Systems.
  • Strong team player with the ability to develop the team to meet short and long-term goals.
