Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including print and digital - SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Oversee the creation, curation, and management of engaging content across all digital platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Optimize marketing spend to maximize ROI.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance marketing initiatives.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Identify and implement innovative marketing techniques to stay ahead of industry trends.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated creativity in developing unique and compelling marketing campaigns.
