POSITION SUMMARY
The function of the Wellness Concierge is to be an integral part of building client relationships to ensure retention in the health and wellness arena. Responsible for coaching clients towards success by providing customized treatment programs and ensuring they are receiving optimal care.

OBJECTIVES
Act as a liaison between patients and internal operations, sales, and marketing teams
Assist with patient transition from sales cycle to retention cycle
Meet or exceed retention metrics
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and patient relationships
Strengthen patient relationships with regular communications via phone, text, email communications, and in-office visits
Advise and counsel patients through their journey of product selection and plan administration
Coordinate and facilitate client labs, physicals, and blood donations
Delivering Medication Recommendations from the Medical Provider to the patient
Send medication instructions (written/video) to clients and assist with re-ordering medications
Create and send patient reminders, conduct follow-up calls, and maintain proactive engagement to support adherence and progress
Prepare and submit lab requisitions accurately, ensuring the seamless flow of diagnostic information
Build, maintain, and update full client book of business
Utilize CRM and EMR as the central point of knowledge for our patient information
Serves existing customers by optimizing current purchase plan by upselling products and services
Ensure patients are satisfied and re-ordering medications on time
COMPETENCIES
Knowledge of health care terminology
Knowledge of EMR and CRM systems
Adept at overcoming objections in relation to price, value, time…etc.
Ability to relay instructions and pre-established guidelines to the patient to ensure successful adherence to a protocol
Patient care experience required with prior Knowledge of peptides, hormones, wellness and/or nutrition protocols
Possess knowledge of 10X Health Products, Pricing, and Services
Ability to keep patients on a protocol
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or related equivalent of experience preferred
2+ years of patient care experience required with prior knowledge of peptides, hormones, and wellness protocols.
Health, Nutrition, Fitness or Functional Wellness background required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, speaking, walking, driving, and/or sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Ability to interact with clients both virtually and in-person, in either a clinic or mobile setting
