Title – Sr Director of Client Benefits

Hours: 8 - 5 - Hybrid - one day a week

Pay: 185,000

Location: Skokie, IL

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Benefits.
  • Experince creating benefits plans for client groups 300+.
  • Experince working with brokers


Summary of Position:

The Senior Director in the Midwest Region manages client services in a specific market segment. They supervise a team handling client interaction, account management, service strategies, and benefit plan design for employers in that segment. Their main goals are ensuring client satisfaction, building strong relationships, and supporting the company mission of delivering excellent client experiences. This role is crucial for company growth and service quality in the designated market.


Position Description:

  • Lead and supervise the delivery of client services to employers in the designated market segment, collaborating with regional and national colleagues.
  • Ensure the highest standard of service for the market segment, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary contact when necessary.
  • Work closely with the Region’s Client Service Operations Leader to align service efforts with operational protocols.
  • Drive the design of employee benefit plans tailored to meet employers' unique needs in the market segment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative benefit solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain competitive and compliant benefit plans.
  • Act as a leader and subject matter expert in the designated market segment.
  • Develop innovative benefit plan designs to meet client needs.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
  • Contribute to the organization's overall client service and growth objectives.
