Director of Operations


Allied Resources is looking for a is seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to oversee the daily management and operational excellence of large-scale government and nuclear construction projects. A day in the life:

  • Coordinate daily operations for nuclear and government construction projects, ensuring strict compliance with regulations and safety protocols.
  • Managed logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple high-security sites.
  • Maintained rigorous adherence to nuclear and government construction standards while upholding the highest safety measures.
  • Partnered with engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to meet project milestones within budget and on schedule.
  • Developed and executed operational policies to enhance efficiency and optimize project workflows.
  • Ensured precise maintenance of regulatory, safety, and compliance documentation for audits and government oversight.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7-12 years of experience managing government/nuclear construction projects or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities with proven success in managing complex, large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software, with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams effectively.
