Sustainability Investment Associate – Manhattan


What an outstanding opportunity to join this US based Fund Manager as a Sustainability Investment Associate working with the Sustainability & Investment Manager, analysing potential Investments across the breadth of their ESG portfolio.


This opportunity will suit an Investment and Corporate Finance professional who has gained at least 1 years’ experience ideally within the ESG Sector and or professional services landscape.


The role.


  • Assist the Sustainability Manager and Investment team with ESG due diligence for potential investments and ensure alignment with ESG criteria.
  • Support the Sustainability Manager and asset management team to monitor, analyse and manage ESG performance at asset companies.
  • Draft ESG reports and contribute to investor questionnaires for the Fund Manager and its funds under management.
  • Support the day-to-day management of the sustainability governance structures, policies and processes for the firm and its funds.
  • Stay updated on ESG regulatory and voluntary standards/frameworks and help to align the Fund Manager and its funds with relevant guidance.
  • Help integrate sustainability practices into the strategic and operational frameworks of the company.
  • Collaborate with various teams to promote and implement sustainability initiatives.
  • Assist the Sustainability Manager with any new and/or additional sustainability workstreams relevant to the Fund Managers sustainability values and priorities.



As the Fund Manager continues to add to their funds in the US this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing firm focused on ESG Investment into the broader market through their platform of diversified ESG Funds.


What we are looking for:


We are seeking a commercially astute and technically proficient Sustainability Investment Associate who has gained at least 1 years experience in a related field, Investment Analysis, Corporate Finance, Regulatory and or Due diligence. You will showcase excellent Academics to at Least master’s level in a related Finance and or ESG investment field and will have a keen interest within the ESG, Sustainability and or Climate Change Sector.
