About the Team:
This team is specifically focused on nCino in the Bank. They take in all the intake requests, prioritizes the features in conjunction with the developers.
About Role:
Looking for an experienced person with business analysis or product owner experience. This role with help support the Product manager for Collateral Management on the Commercial nCino platform. Must have nCino experience OR business line experience specific to commercial loan origination.
Looking for actual business Product Owners. Ideally wants them to have sat in the commercial loan origination process.
He needs them to be able to run demos, translate business requirements to the dev team, facilitate QA and technical requirements.
Product owner role
- Working under sr project manager under collateral team
- PO area, tight w/ product manager - define features stories - prioritize epic, refine requirements, get to BA's work to refine them, work w/ them for sign off, training doc, QA, etc.
A big part of the role is team cohesion between the Product owner and Product manager. That's 70% of it.
Personality - go-getter. Good commskills. Don't wait for something to be fed.
Definition stages, refinements. Wants someone more interactive. And proactive. Good ba/po background and outgoing.
They will conduct product demos.
- Part of their release process
- Product owner gets demos from tech team and signs off on it.
- Then they demo that to the business units. Take it and translate to business units to make sure they're signing off on it.
- They can actually speak to the value of this tool. This is how you use this tool in your daily life.
