Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates for industrial positions through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and fit for available positions.
  • Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide them with top-quality candidates.
  • Collaborating with clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and facilitating job offers.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions in the company's database.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and staffing.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in industrial recruitment, with a focus on screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or similar industries.
  • Sales skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Microsoft Office and experience using recruitment software or applicant tracking systems.
  • Work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
