General Job Description:

Candidate will support Human Resources team with primary focus on supporting Human Resources Manager with daily and annual tasks.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Candidate will support HR Manager with Benefits Administration, including 401k, ESOP, and Health Insurance. The candidate will also assist in year end tasks, and will draft Minutes for annual meetings. On a bi-weekly basis will help audit payroll documentation.


Qualifications: Or Education: Bachelors degree or qualifying work experience - Preferred 


Experience: 5+ years in Human Resources department of a company with at least 50 employees.

Other: Candidate is highly organized with the ability to multi-task and follow up with pending tasks, has basic understanding of employee onboarding and termination procedures and is familiar with Health Insurance, 401k and ESOPs.


Competencies:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)

Knowledge of ADP Payroll is a plus.
