Job Title: Senior Program Manager w/ Change management experience

Location: Sleepy Hollow, NY

Job Type: Long term contract


Job Overview:

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive growth and profitability
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and communicate the company's vision, mission, and values
  • Drive organizational change by developing and implementing change management strategies and programs
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and make recommendations for adjustments as needed
  • Provide guidance and support to departmental managers in executing strategic plans and achieving business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and inform strategic decision-making


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with over 15 years of experience in strategic planning, change management, or related roles in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing strategic initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make sound business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
