Company Description

The Lucky Wolf is a unique destination, encompassing a cafe, wine shop, bar, theater, music venue, and private events space, all inside a beautiful building built in 1857. Converted from a church to a theater in the early 1970's, it has been renovated and in 2024 we finished our first full year of operations since the improvements were completed.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at The Lucky Wolf in Paw Paw, MI. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing and running daily operations, managing staff, setting and achieving business goals, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Coverage from 7a necessary most days


We are a drug-free and smoke-free environment.

Background check (+financial) required.


Qualifications

  • Leadership, Staff Management, and Strategic Planning skills
  • Financial Management and Budgeting skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Customer Service and Problem-Solving skills
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Business Experience
  • Inventory & Ordering
  • 5+ years business experience necessary
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE
