Business Systems Specialist

LHH is currently seeking a Business Systems Specialist to support our client's strategic initiatives in cloud systems administration, user support, and workflow development. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient, reliable business systems aligned with organizational goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Administer various cloud-based systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
  • Develop and optimize complex workflows using Excel and Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Provide proactive user support and troubleshoot system-related queries.
  • Manage system integration to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for systems and workflows, leading training sessions for users.
  • Oversee projects related to system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
  • Utilize Excel and other tools for data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and best practices in business systems management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in business systems management, with focus on cloud systems and workflow development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Apps, ADP, and Power Automate.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in managing IT or business system projects.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
