Our Client located in Prattville, Alabama is looking for a Director of Human Resources to join their team:
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for the support of 4 facilities located in Alabama, Canada and Mexico.
- Serve a trusted advisor to the president to lead workforce planning, engagement strategy, talent management, employee relations, succession planning, compliance and compensation.
- Oversee the HR team and manage day to day HR expectations
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team on HR strategy and initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- Previous experience in manufacturing environment required
- Plant manufacturing experience with Mexico required
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
