As a Digital Marketing Analyst specializing in performance and growth marketing, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing data, conducting A/B tests, and implementing strategies to maximize our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analytics, possess a growth mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Performance Marketing Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital advertising, social media, email, and SEO

Growth Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement data-driven growth strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining customers

Data Analytics: Collect, interpret, and present data insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance

A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement

ROI Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize marketing spend to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve business objectives

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and sales to align marketing efforts with overall business goals

Reporting and Presentation: Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to communicate key findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders


Who we’re looking for

  • : Minimum of 1-3 years in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or stem related preferred
  • Introduction to performance marketing, growth marketing, and data analytics
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change
  • Strong values in growth mindset, grit, adaptability, and creative thinking

No remote work: This job is for an in-person role at our Needham, MA office. We’re a highly collaborative group, and find that in-person interaction is best for our cohesive culture
