Trustpoint.One is pleased to be working with a global entertainment company with an opening for a temporary entertainment attorney with 2+ years of legal experience, preferably in the marketing and/or television field, to assist with matters in the advertising/marketing/short-form content space. This is an anticipated 4 month hybrid assignment based in the company’s Burbank location. The entertainment attorney responsibilities to include drafting and negotiating agreements, amendments and other legal documentation for productions, events, pitches, clip licenses, graphics, spots, actors, writers, directors, below-the-line talent, reviewing existing series and film agreements to analyze rights and restrictions, clearly delivering information to clients, reviewing marketing materials and television spots for legal issues, maintaining various departmental charts and inputting information into databases on a daily basis and updating and training clients regarding relevant internal processes and protocols.


Applicants must be licensed and in good standing in the state of CA, have 2+ years of legal experience, preferably in the marketing and/or television field, familiarity with marketing, programming and production agreements, experience with content review and clearance, exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail and deadlines, drafting and negotiating expertise, strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work at a computer screen for an extended period of time.


Pay is $83/hr.-$87/hr., commensurate with experience.
