Trustpoint.One is pleased to be working with a global entertainment company with an opening for a temporary attorney. The attorney responsibilities to include drafting and negotiating agreements, amendments and other legal documentation, reviewing existing series and film agreements to analyze rights and restrictions, reviewing marketing materials and television spots for legal issues, maintaining various departmental charts and inputting information into databases on a daily basis and updating and training clients regarding relevant internal processes and protocols.
Applicants must have a J.D. and be licensed to practice in CA with 2 years of experience, preferably in the marketing and/or television field, familiarity with marketing, programming and production agreements, strong analytical and communication skills, strong understanding of contracts with the ability to draft contract language and to integrate business points into contracts, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and other related software and the ability to work at a computer screen for sustained period of time.
Pay is $90/hr, commensurate with experience
