As a Campaign Manager, you will leverage advanced project management and strategic skills to support the marketing objectives of the client and its brands. Your responsibilities will include leading project plans, overseeing overall campaign support, and collaborating closely with leadership to deliver outstanding results. The Campaign Manager champions the marketing process and ensures that key partners are aligned with the appropriate cross-functional teams, enabling marketing campaigns to launch successfully and on schedule.


The role is a dynamic blend of strategic account management, client services, project leadership, and creative problem-solving. As a Campaign Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive timelines, foster cross-functional relationships, and act as a key connector between partners and the broader organization. You will drive various projects, understand initiative goals, define solutions, address complex challenges, and ensure success through the strategic and end-to-end execution of marketing tactics. You must excel under pressure, prioritize multiple concurrent demands, and use appropriate systems to track work while maintaining strong communication and diplomatic skills. Our pay rate range begins at $50-$55 per hour.


More specifically, you will:

  • Lead the planning and execution of campaigns to support customer acquisition, retention, revenue, and branding objectives as defined by the organization.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans within our project management tool.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the brand, its guidelines, and the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive marketing tactics from inception through to completion, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Champion and standardize the campaign management approach to ensure consistency across the department. Advocate the marketing process to internal and external partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key partners.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform and enhance creative implementation.
  • Oversee timelines, schedules, budgets, billing, and asset trackers for your projects.
  • Communicate project status, potential issues, and risks to Account Management Leadership and project partners.
  • Assist Leadership in identifying opportunities and developing contingency plans for projects.
  • Participate in performance and post-mortem reviews, applying key findings to future campaigns

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 6+ years of professional work experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Management or Project Management
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 3+ years of experience in managing the execution of integrated plans or campaigns
  • Proven ability to manage detailed project plans, timelines with multiple dependencies, and creative teams.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
  • Preferred: Marketing Agency experience
