A private Austin based organization is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Membership Relations Coordinator. This person will help manage the day-to-day operations and assist with exciting events and membership relations. Due to the nature of the business the work week is Wednesday – Sunday and some remote opportunities.
Overview:
- Maintains effective flow of communication between teams and senior leaders, as well as significant improvements to project management, internal systems, and team productivity.
- Communication: Answer phones, greet visitors, and handle emails, memos, and other correspondence
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Documents: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents, and write and edit communications
- Supplies: Order office supplies and ensure equipment is used efficiently
- Organization: Maintain physical and digital filing systems, and keep the office clean and organized
- Building and Grounds management
- Hospitality management
- Vendor management skills
- Follow/enforce all of the Club policies and procedures stated in the Handbook and Bylaws
- Computer skills – QuickBooks, WordPress, Corporate Banking software, Excel/Microsoft Office.
- Clubspot knowledge is a plus
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience, ideally in an office or hospitality
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Good time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
