Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated temporary worker to assist with a product data governance cleanup project. This role involves reviewing, correcting, and standardizing product data to ensure accuracy and consistency across our systems.
Responsibilities
Data Review & Correction: Analyze and clean up product data records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Data Standardization: Apply data governance policies to standardize product information according to predefined guidelines.
Data Entry & Updating: Input and update product data into databases or spreadsheets, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
Error Identification: Identify and resolve discrepancies, inconsistencies, and errors in product data.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of changes made and document any issues or anomalies.
Collaboration: Work with other team members to address data-related issues.
Reporting: Generate and review reports on data quality and cleanup progress.
Qualifications
Highest Level of Education Required for this Position: High School
Experience: Previous experience in data entry, data management, or data governance preferred. Hybris experience preferred but not required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software; experience with database management systems is a plus.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a keen ability to spot and correct data inaccuracies.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify patterns or issues.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve data discrepancies.
Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and processes.
Experience with Data Governance Tools: Familiarity with data governance tools or software is advantageous.
Knowledge of Data Standards: Understanding of data standards and best practices in data management.
Project Management Skills: Basic project management skills to help track and report on project progress. Proficient in Google’s G Suite of products
