We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator for a local client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in VMware, Office 365, Windows, and server administration. If you are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain VMware virtualized environments, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Administer Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and other related applications.
  • Perform Windows server administration tasks, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows Server operating systems.
  • Manage and monitor server infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
  • Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs and initiatives.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong proficiency in VMware virtualization technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Solid understanding of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
  • Experience with server hardware, storage solutions, and networking concepts.
  • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
