Job details: There will be zero installations - strictly maintenance, service and troubleshooting dispensing equipment; conveyor belts; printers; box forming and closing equipment and sealing equipment - mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills. Kugler filling line would be primary, but they would also work on the Cavalla, Pallay Pack filling lines which fill small volume vials and cap of foil seal.



Duties:

  • Possess skills and experience to help solve technical problems.
  • Supports manufacturing equipment with moderate guidance and direction.
  • Strong working knowledge of specific equipment to be supported.
  • Frequently addresses problems and recommends possible alternatives.
  • Recommends course of action based on knowledge, experience and company goals.
  • Successfully completes small projects with low to moderate complexity with minimal guidance.
  • Performs with PMs, equipment service, and installation.
  • Diagnoses root cause of malfunction and perform maintenance on electronic or operational equipment.
  • Maintains system logs or manuals to document testing or operation of equipment.
  • Troubleshoots, adjusts, reassembles or replaces defective or improperly functioning circuitry, electronic components or other equipment.


Requirements:

  • 1-8 years Troubleshooting and Maintenance experience with electronic or mechanical equipment.
  • Experience to troubleshoots, adjusts, reassembles or replaces defective equipment ( dispensing equipment or similar equipment)
  • Hands-on experience in maintaining automated production lines is highly desirable.
  • Bonus: If you have Mechanical service/repair experience
  • Bonus: Familiarity with PLCs (programmable logical controller) or similar .
  • Bonus: Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (ex. pharmaceutical, medical device, life sciences)
