  • Inventory Control:
  • Tracking stock levels, ordering supplies, minimizing food waste, and ensuring proper inventory rotation. 

  • Operational Oversight:
  • Ensuring smooth daily operations, coordinating between front-of-house and back-of-house staff, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. 

  • Quality Control:
  • Monitoring food quality, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and conducting regular quality checks. 

  • Menu Development:
  • Collaborating with the chef to develop and update menus, considering pricing and customer preferences. 

  • Compliance:
  • Adhering to all local laws and regulations regarding food safety, liquor licensing, and labor standards. 

  • Marketing and Promotions:
  • Participating in marketing initiatives to attract new customers and promote special events. 

  • Leadership and Team Building:
