We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join us on this mission — someone excited to architect and oversee critical care infrastructure.


What we’re looking for.


Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in managing program teams and owning client relationships
  • Deep understanding of the digital product development lifecycle
  • Strong track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects
  • Experience in healthcare or health tech is a significant plus


Technical:

  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams across frontend, native, web, backend, and enterprise platforms. We are an AngularJS, Node and Azure shop.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical areas
  • Command over effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders


Organized:

  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Proficient in creating and maintaining project documentation, including tickets, timelines, and status reports
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to keep clients and stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle


Empathy:

  • Genuine care for the well-being and growth of the team they oversee
  • Deep understanding of end-users' needs and a commitment to creating abundance for communities
  • Ability to foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting open communication and supporting team members' professional development


Details:


This is an 8-month contract position, with the possibility of extension or full-time consideration based on performance and company needs. The client you will be working with is based in Houston — we prefer candidates based in the surrounding metro area. We are expecting you to work onsite at least once a week. That being said, we want to talk with all qualified candidates as we are building a bench of talented program managers for future projects. The hourly rate for this position is $75.
