We are currently seeking to add a Retirement Plan Consultant to our growing team. This position will be hybrid, work from home and from your nearest Cetera office in Dallas, TX or Des Moines, IA.What you need to have:At least 3 years of Defined Contribution Plan Administration experienceCash Balance/Defined Benefit Plan Administration experience is preferredPerform compliance work related to cross-testing and ADP/ACP testing for DC plansCalculation of profit sharing contributions using new comparability allocation methodsStrong organizational skills, able to work independently in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.What you will do: Maintain responsibility of client caseload managementDeliver testing results and year end packages to clients. Make sure any compliance corrections are completed timely and 5500s are signed and filed timelyTrack data received/not received from clients and follow up accordinglyConsult with clients, advisors and other parties on plan related issues to develop long-term relationships.Compensation: The base annual salary range for this role is $73,000 to $113,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
