Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. This role is responsible for the overall configuration, customization, and optimization of the NetSuite ERP system, with a particular focus on utilizing SuiteScript to develop custom solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical expertise and functional business knowledge, working closely with stakeholders to streamline business processes and ensure optimal NetSuite system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Configuration & Customization: Lead the configuration, development, and customization of NetSuite using SuiteScript to meet specific business needs.
- SuiteScript Development: Write, maintain, and troubleshoot SuiteScripts to automate business processes and enhance system functionality.
- Functional Analysis: Gather and document business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and provide innovative solutions within NetSuite.
- End-to-End System Management: Perform system enhancements, testing, and deployment across NetSuite modules (e.g., CRM, Financials, Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management).
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for NetSuite users, identifying and resolving issues related to system functionality and performance.
- Integration: Work on system integrations between NetSuite and other third-party applications using SuiteTalk and other integration tools.
- Training & Documentation: Develop user training materials and deliver training sessions for stakeholders. Create detailed documentation for system processes and customizations.
- Data Management: Oversee data imports, exports, and maintenance for accuracy and reliability within NetSuite.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience working with NetSuite as a Techno-Functional Consultant.
- Proficient in SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0 for creating custom scripts and workflows.
- Experience with NetSuite administration, configuration, and customization.
- Strong understanding of business processes in finance, inventory, procurement, and order management.
- Experience with SuiteTalk and other integration tools for integrating NetSuite with third-party systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with NetSuite SuiteAnalytics and reporting capabilities is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in NetSuite implementations or large-scale enhancements.
- Familiarity with SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteCloud technologies.
- Project management experience, including handling multiple projects and deadlines.
