We are seeking a talented and strategic Social Media Manager, specializing in User Generated Content (UGC) and Influencer Marketing, to join our team. As the Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in leveraging user-generated content and collaborating with influencers to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster community growth across various social media platforms.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive UGC strategy to encourage and amplify user-generated content that showcases Closet World products and inspires audience engagement.
  • Identify and engage with brand advocates, satisfied customers, and loyal followers to solicit and curate user-generated content, including images, videos, testimonials, and reviews.
  • Establish guidelines and best practices for user-generated content submissions, ensuring consistency with brand voice, messaging, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate user-generated content into marketing campaigns, social media posts, website content, and other brand touchpoints.
  • Manage and maintain a library of user-generated content, organizing and categorizing assets for easy access and reuse across social media channels and marketing initiatives.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors, identifying opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including outreach, negotiation, contract management, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Provide guidance and support to influencers throughout the content creation process, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to user-generated content and influencer marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in user-generated content and influencer marketing, integrating innovative approaches to drive results and maintain competitive advantage.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on user-generated content and influencer marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing UGC and influencer marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation tools, with a keen eye for visual storytelling and brand aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with influencers, brand advocates, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for leveraging user-generated content and influencer partnerships to achieve business objectives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to measure performance and inform strategy.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with influencer management platforms and social media analytics tools is a plus.
