Audit Senior

Position Overview

The Audit Senior will play a critical role in leading audit engagements for our diverse client base. This position is designed for a proactive professional who is skilled in evaluating financial risks and performing thorough audit procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the client's business, enabling them to provide valuable insights and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and evaluate the client's business and industry risks.
  • Perform audit and review procedures in accordance with GAAP and US GAAS standards.
  • Review and assess financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
  • Document analytical procedures and findings clearly and concisely.
  • Train and direct junior staff members on audit procedures and best practices.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
  • Supervise audit teams to ensure work quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Plan and organize audit engagements efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • CPA License is required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of public accounting experience.
  • Proficient in applying professional standards and firm policies.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, US GAAS, and PCAOB standards.
  • Excellent technical skills in audit and financial analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain client relationships and provide exceptional service.
