Outreach Manager

We are seeking highly organized, proactive, compassionate individuals to join our team as an Outreach Manager to support our members, their families, and our clinical team.

As an Outreach Manager, you will help lead our dynamic team in executing outreach strategies and initiatives. You will use your background in outreach, exceptional leadership skills, and passion for driving results to guide and support team members, develop outreach strategies, and foster relationships with key stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the Outreach team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align outreach efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships.
• Monitor and analyze outreach performance metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies as needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve outreach initiatives.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, influencers, and community stakeholders.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and guidelines in all outreach activities.
• Represent Gloria Gates CARE at events, deliver engaging presentations, and facilitate group discussions to promote awareness of our mission and resources as necessary. This may require availability during evenings and weekends on occasion.
• Other duties may be assigned.

EXPECTATIONS:

• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful outreach strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and content marketing principles, as well as face-to-face outreach strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including coaching, mentoring, and team building.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screen.
• Maintain compliance with all Gloria Gates CARE standards, including Conduct, Compliance, and all other policies and procedures.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required at minimum. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field would be a plus, but not required.
• At least 5 years of experience in outreach, marketing, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
