Position Description

NPG Health (a family of healthcare marketing agencies including NaviSync & PRYME) are looking for a qualified Senior Digital Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including site launches, online tools, web applications and advertising campaigns.


We are seeking a seasoned Senior Digital Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully leading complex digital projects in the pharmaceutical marketing space. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in digital strategy, website development, and cross-functional team leadership.


For this position, we expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. As a Digital Project Manager, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and vendors. Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver our projects’ digital lifecycle within quality, time, and budget requirements.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans for digital campaigns, website launches, and other online initiatives, ensuring they meet quality standards, budget requirements, and deadlines.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors, fostering clear communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of digital projects, managing resources, schedules, and project deliverables.
  • Lead project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Navigate the complex regulatory landscape of pharmaceutical marketing, ensuring all digital content is compliant with industry standards and regulations.
  • Contribute to new business development efforts through participation in pitches and proposal creation.
  • Scope project requirements and prepare budget
  • Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
  • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
  • Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
  • Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
  • Thorough understanding of overall Agency processes in order to effectively collaborate with Project Management leads and other internal team members 
  • Understanding of various Client and/or MLR submission requirements
  • Confidently manage digital execution vendors and project-based consultants
  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects

 

Requirements and Skills

  • Minimum of 10 years in digital project management in the pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing agency settings
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, web technologies, and best practices.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical marketing.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, JIRA, Microsoft Project) and CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
  • Analytical mindset with an ability to translate data into actionable project plans.
  • Familiarity with Content Management systems and HTML/CSS
  • Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of UX and design software (Figma, XD)
  • Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, IT, or related field; Master’s degree or related certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM) is a plus
