Terms of Employment

  • W2 Contract, 3 Months (Possible Extension)
  • This position is consider hybrid. The resource may be required to come onsite once or twice during the three (3) month period, therefore, the resource needs to be in a commutable distance to the office location in Baltimore, MD.


Overview

Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team and lead efforts in consent and preference management. The Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding and managing member preferences and consent across various departments. This role involves eliciting requirements from stakeholders, analyzing and consolidating them into actionable insights, and collaborating with IT partners to develop effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare, customer service, and the Salesforce ecosystem, with a proven track record of driving outcomes in complex, cross-functional environments.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Has excellent customer service practices.
  • Some exposure to Salesforce.
  • Proficient in requirement capturing tools such as Concur and Jira Align.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence multiple personalities and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in projects involving multiple teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with professionals at varying levels.
  • Proven track record of driving outcomes in complex environments.
  • Proactive and able to contribute effectively in a dynamic setting.


Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience in the healthcare industry would be helpful.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce Data Cloud and preference management modules.
