Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage detailed setup of election information and voter registration products, account security promotions, and stories stickers across multiple tools/systems.
  • Flag dependencies, blockers to launching Identify tooling issues for quick resolution
  • Apply best practices based on documentation and learnings from previous elections
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while delivering high-quality work on time and with an attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Content Design, Policy, Localization, Quality Assurance and broader XFN across to ensure seamless product launches.

Education/Experience:

  • 4+ year experience working with ad campaigns - having a detailed understanding of planning, setup and related terminology. Ad campaign experience is a plus.
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in elections, politics, government
  • Ability to quickly ramp up on launch processes and corresponding tools
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience with establishing and following processes
  • Track record of operating independently, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized and structured manner
  • Experience working collaboratively with a cross-functional product team
  • Project management experience
