Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team.

- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

- Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to enhance engineering productivity and product quality.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of new product designs and developments.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Product Management, Sales, and Marketing, to align engineering activities with business objectives.
- Act as a key liaison between engineering and executive management.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different engineering teams and other stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain engineering standards, processes, and best practices.
- Drive operational efficiencies and optimize resource allocation within the engineering department.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance and productivity of the engineering team.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with engineering projects and operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
- Develop and manage the engineering department’s budget.
- Allocate resources effectively to support current and future engineering needs.
Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
