Job Summary: They are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 1-3 years of experience in marketing. The Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in assisting with marketing campaigns, social media, content creation, and market research. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Social Media Management: Manage their social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.
  • SEO and Website Management: Learn and assist in optimizing website content for search engines and assist in maintaining and updating the company website.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager and sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and support lead generation efforts.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and promoting company events, webinars, and trade shows.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website management platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
