The Opportunity


The Merchant Services Manager will be in charge of the oversight of KWI merchant services business unit, responsible for credit and debit card operations management, gateway platforms and integrations, gift card, and other payment technologies.

The impact you'll make


  • Develop policies and procedures, maintain and revise documentation on merchant services operations and functions
  • Manage overall business unit ticketing functions, oversight and escalation of issues as appropriate
  • Supervise the Payment Technology Analyst
  • Handling support and escalations for merchant services issues
  • Ensuring that all merchant tickets are being resolved in a timely manner


What you will bring


  • 5+ years of merchant services experience
  • Payment Technology experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to present payment technology matters to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high – pressure environment
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Working with the sales team on proposals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
