Our client, a prominent law firm located in Downtown Chicago, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal I to join their growing team. This is a permanent position with a hybrid work schedule. 2-5 years of litigation & experience using Relativity required.


Salary: $65-95K (Based on years of experience)

Location: Chicago, IL


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support case teams throughout all litigation phases, from pre-complaint through trial and appeal.
  • Organize and manage electronic and physical document collections, ensuring a maintained chain of custody.
  • Conduct legal and factual cite checking and assist with trial preparation and attendance.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously.
  • Research relevant court rules and assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents.
  • Draft routine filings, manage service of process, and coordinate with local counsel.
  • Prepare pretrial documents and manage trial exhibits and transcripts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of litigation experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proficiency with Relativity software.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a collaborative focus.
