Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and well-presented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves handling daily customer service tasks, welcoming clients, and supporting recruitment activities. As a key member of our front desk, the Administrative Assistant will provide professional service to clients and assist with hiring tasks. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a quick response capability.


Key Responsibilities:


Customer Service:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide necessary support;
  • Address client questions to ensure timely and professional service;
  • Record client feedback and promptly report it to relevant departments.


Client Reception:

  • Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a positive visitor experience;
  • Maintain a clean front desk area to reflect a professional image of the company;
  • Manage meeting room schedules and assist with client-related arrangements.


Recruitment Support:

  • Assist HR with recruitment tasks, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and arranging interviews;
  • Organize interview schedules and maintain candidate information;
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and address their inquiries.



Qualifications:

  • Well-presented, with a professional demeanor;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships;
  • Strong ability to respond quickly and remain calm under pressure;
  • Previous experience in administration or front desk is preferred;
  • Proficiency in office software (such as Microsoft Office Suite);
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus.

与候选人保持良好沟通,解答求职问题。


任职要求:

形象气质佳,具备专业的职业素养;

出色的沟通和人际交往能力,能够建立良好的客户关系;

较强的快速反应能力,能够在压力下保持冷静;

有行政或前台相关经验者优先;

熟练使用办公软件(如Microsoft Office套件);

具备基本的招聘流程知识者优先。
