Role Description

VALR™ Brand is seeking a PRODUCTION ARTIST to work remotely for our in-house CREATIVE TEAM This individual will be involved in both on-site and virtual brainstorms As well as planning, strategy, and collaboration sessions with the VALR™ Creative Team on a daily / weekly basis


Qualifications

  • This individual will be involved in both on-site and virtual brainstorms
  • As well as planning, strategy, and collaboration sessions with the VALR™ Creative Team on a daily / weekly basis
  • Must live / be able to commute to VALR™ HQ in Coral Springs, FL as least one to three times per week
  • This is a FULL-TIME position
  • We utilize the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite — so a high-level of knowledge and ability in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, etc. is a MUST
  • PRINT, LAYOUT, and PACKAGING design experience is REQUIRED
  • Must be able to help develop and produce high-quality print and digital designs that align with VALR™ Brand Guidelines as well as written / communicated specifications
  • Must be able to prepare and preflight files for print production, ensuring accurate color, resolution, and file setup
  • WEB, EMAIL, and SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT design experience is REQUIRED
  • Must be able to design digital assets including web banners, social media graphics, email templates, and online advertisements
  • This individual should be up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve design processes and output
  • Abilities in content shooting / creation / editing is a plus for both video and photography
  • 3D / Animation ability is a HUGE PLUS
  • Some projects will be fully directed, and some will have varying levels of creative freedom
  • We're looking for someone that's dependable and HIGHLY RESOURCEFUL that we can trust to help us continue to build the VALR™ Brand and its EXPERIENCES / PRODUCTS
  • Must be able to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously - as well as keep a sound shared folder structure
  • Packaging Design and Art skills
  • Attention to detail and creativity
  • Experience in brand design and production
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of print production processes
  • Graphic design or related degree is a must.
